What we collect
bits.00aud.io collects the information you submit in the alpha application form, including your email address, location, product interests, tools, goals, and optional background notes. When you sign in, we store basic authentication profile information such as your email address, name, avatar, provider, sessions, and email verification status.
Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is used only to authenticate you and verify your email address. We request only basic identity information: openid, email, and profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google account data.
How we use data
We use application data to review private alpha access, operate the product, understand early user needs, and contact approved applicants. We use authentication data to keep you signed in, protect product access, and let you manage your account.
Account deletion and data erasure
Account deletion removes your sign-in identity, linked authentication methods, and sessions. It does not automatically erase your alpha application or review history, because product access is tied to the application email address. To request full data erasure, email apps@00aud.io.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers such as hosting, database, analytics, authentication, and transactional email providers to operate the service. Application and access records are retained while the alpha is active unless you request erasure.
Contact
For privacy, account, or data erasure questions, email apps@00aud.io.
