What we collect
When you sign up or sign in, bits.00aud.io stores basic authentication profile information such as your email address, name, avatar, provider, sessions, and email verification status. We also store the preferences you choose during welcome, feedback you submit, and product usage events needed to operate and improve the service.
Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is used only to authenticate you and verify your email address. We request only basic identity information: openid, email, and profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other Google account data.
How we use data
We use authentication data to create your account automatically after email verification, keep you signed in, protect account-only features, and let you manage your account. We use preferences and product events to operate and improve the service and, when you opt in, to send feature announcements.
We also use analytics, error tracking, and session replay to understand how people use the product and where the beta experience breaks down. Session replay is configured to mask form inputs and redact sensitive query-string values before they leave your browser.
Account deletion and data erasure
Account deletion removes your sign-in identity, linked authentication methods, and sessions. It does not automatically erase your sign-up or review history, because older sign-up records and submitted feedback are stored separately. Legacy sign-up records submitted before open access may be retained for access auditability. To request full data erasure, email apps@00aud.io.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers such as hosting, database, analytics, authentication, and transactional email providers to operate the service. Account and access records are retained while the service is active unless you request erasure.
